If you have placed an order online, we typically ship in 1-3 business days.
For Trade Show orders, we have 3 methods for shipping:
Method #1
The most efficient way to get your order to you is advanced shipping to your residence or business location. This allows you to inspect the accuracy of the order and verify that everything is in place before a show. We can ship with your UPS acct or ours depending on payment options.
Method #2
Shipping directly to your booth at the convention center. We address the recipent as the convention center and specify your booth number and company name for shipping. This makes it ideal to arrive at your booth with the package waiting for you. Keep in mind there is usually a handling charge that the convention center applies for taking the package to your booth. We provide you with the tracking number to verify that the package has arrived at the convention center.
Method #3
This method involves shipping to the hotel that you plan on staying at for the trade show. We address the package to the hotel specifying the guest name and the lobby holds on to the package until you pick it up. We do this all the time and despite the reservation that some people have about shipping to the hotel, this method works very well.
