Referral Program

Thank you for your interest in Production Prints Referral Program. You send us a referral, we do the rest including send you a check for any referrals that place an order. The Referral Program is available to Exhibit Houses, Marketing Agencies, Graphic Designers and other Industry Related Companies.

Here are the Details:

8% commission paid by check* (see below under FAQ 'How do you calculate commissions?)

Referral Payments are made when the following have been completed:

  1. 1. A W9 Form (link) is Filled Out & Signed and sent back to us for tax purposes (note: check will be mailed to the address in W9 Form. If you prefer to receive it to another address we will need you to provide us with that address.)
  2. 2. The referred customer has paid the invoice in full

Referral Program FAQs

Commissions are calculated based on the price of a product (not including shipping, taxes, labor, stock images etc).

  • For referrals that order based on our website pricing, you will receive a 8% commission on the sale.
  • For referrals that order based on below website pricing (if we provided a discount), you will receive a 5% commission on the sale.
  • For referrals that order multiple products on one order, any products at website pricing you will receive 8% and any below website pricing you will receive 5%.

Yes, you will receive a copy of the invoice along with you check.

We will not only keep you in the loop by CC'ing you on our proofs email (final step), but we also CC you when we haven't heard from a referral and want to follow up with them.

You will receive a commission for any and all jobs that a referral places for the first 90 days starting from their first order.

Example: Let's say you refer us to a company in January. This referral purchases from us on March 15th. You not only receive a commission from their first order that was placed on March 15th, but also on any and all orders for 90 days following March 15th. In this example, this would extend until June 15th. This is because sometimes the first order is a smaller order since those are easier to get artwork ready for and then a couple weeks later they may order the majority of items they wanted. This gives you the commission on all of these orders up to 90 days from the original order.

Checks must be made out to a business name or personal name if under a DBA. Checks are made out to the referring company and not to the employees.

No, there is no minimum. If you refer us a purchasing customer, we send you a check.

We mail off a check within 2 weeks of the customer placing an order.

Please note that checks are mailed after the order has been completed (shipped and paid in full). Typically within 2 weeks of the order being placed. Checks are mailed from our Bend, OR location and so depending on where you are in the country, it will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to reach you. If you feel it may be lost in the mail, please let us know and we will place a 'stop payment' on the original check and re-issue you a new one.

In addition to in-house operations, we use a variety of suppliers and vendors to provide a large range of display options and delivery methods. We have years of experience with hundreds of products and industry knowledge on shipping and delivery however, from time to time things can and do happen with any business some of which can be outside our control (like shipping couriers). Every effort is always made to correct problems or issues that arise. It is explicitly understood that by agreeing to use our referral program, Production Prints, Inc is held harmless for economic damages that may result in use of our program.
